The inserts are compatible with eye and face tracking. You can expect a similar experience compared to your regular glasses.
FOV / Depth wheel
Most will be able to dial the depth wheel to the closest setting (distance between the lenses and your face). However, this still highly depends on your individual face shape and your prescription. Especially higher prescriptions might have to increase the distance a bit (as the insert and lens get taller the higher the prescription).
