Meta Quest Pro Installation Instructions

The inserts for the left and right are marked with an L and R on their outer side respectively. To install each side, follow these steps:

1. Roughly align the insert. You can use the straight top of the lens as a reference.
2. Then press the whole insert down until it settles into place.
