Meta Quest 3S Installation Instructions

The inserts for the left and right are marked with an L and R on their outer side respectively. To install:

1. Align the insert
2. Gently push the whole insert down until it snaps into place
3. If it doesn't snap into place, slightly rotate it back and forth until it settles into its correct alignment

The inserts have a latch on their respective inner upper side that help uninstalling the inserts.
